Are tables & chairs included? Yes we do provide tables & chairs in all of our rental packages
Does the Barn have Heat and Air conditioning? Yes we are fully insulated and love to host events any time of year.
Does the Barn have restrooms? Yes we have a handicap accessible stall in each restroom and ramps to each of the men’s & women’s restrooms
Is the Barn handicap accessible? Yes. We’ve worked hard to make sure we are very easy to access for those with different needs.
Are there places to stay nearby? Absolutely! There are several hotels & motels within 20 minutes of us however our ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PLACE to rent is the Cottages at Taylorsville Lake, less than 10 minutes down the road. The 30 cottages are spacious with tons of natural light, a view of the lake, and a gated community. You can book them at VRBO or Airbnb
What about event insurance? Yes, all of our renters are required to purchase an event insurance policy, but we can connect you to one of our favorite insurance providers so you can check this task off the list easily.
What is your vendor policy? We have an open vendor policy, meaning you can bring in any vendor of your choosing. We do require a server to be present for any alcohol brought onto the premises.
What is the cutoff time for events? 11:59 pm
Do you provide tablecloths? We do offer standard polyester linens for rent & have partnered with a few companies to cover specialty requests
What about smoking? If you’re talking Meat, we’re here for it! If you are asking about guests smoking on the property, yes it is allowed in the designated area only. All butts must be properly disposed of. The designated area is the gravel next to the outdoor bar.
Pricing begins at $2997. The contract & payment system are all online so you can sign & pay at your convenience. You have the option to pay in full or take advantage of a payment plan after an initial fee is submitted. We accept credit cards, cash & checks.
